NOTE: The SD card can be removed and replaced without affecting the Blink's shooting schedule.
Return the SD card to the GoPro camera. Depending on the length of your shoot, you might want to clear your SD card once you have successfully transferred the footage. Select all files inside the DCIM folder and drag & drop (or cut & paste) the files from your SD card to your computer. that will each contain the next batch up to 9999 pictures/videos). (If you took more than 9999 pictures or videos, you'll see additional folders named 101GOPRO, 102GOPRO, etc. 
In this folder, you should see a folder named 100GOPRO. Clink to view your SD card and Double-click on the DCIM folder to view all footage captured by the GoPro camera.
The SD card should be visible in the left sidebar of the File Explorer.
Open your computer's File Explorer to view your SD card. Insert the microSD card into the SD card adapter and connect the adapter to your computer. 
Remove the SD card from the GoPro camera.
